From what I see it is apparent that the only thing that would serve to stop the gradual process of dissipating public wealth throughout the pockets of well-connected individuals is to get rid of this neurotic secrecy surrounding public projects. Kinda ironic for the public projects to be secret, innit? Kinda like if we were not really in charge, like there were some private interests directing the public distribution of goods. Like if we were ruled by a huge, international conspiracy trying to suck as much blood out of us as it is possible, and create an invisible terror-web to prevent us from even thinking...
